Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing (for international orders), weather events, or other factors beyond our control. MoxieGleam is not responsible for carrier delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@moxiegleam.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
