Your satisfaction is our top priority at MoxieGleam. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products
  • False eyelashes that have been applied
  • Consumable products (supplements, powders) once opened

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@moxiegleam.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again (it may take a few business days to appear).
  2. Contact your credit card company — there may be processing time.
  3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@moxiegleam.com.
